As part of the dynamic Payments team, you will contribute to seamless online and in-store payment solutions. Your work will ensure that users can confidently engage with the digital economy through intuitive and reliable financial tools. This includes enhancing everyday transactions and facilitating secure money movement for consumers and businesses.

Collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and UX teams to translate product requirements into actionable objectives. You will be key in driving product design and development.

Develop and execute product roadmaps by effectively operationalizing business strategy. Ensure a clear and compelling product narrative that guides strategic direction.

Conduct thorough market analysis to validate opportunities, including user-based assessments and strategic business generation potential.

Lead product launches, manage ongoing maintenance, and oversee product retirement phases in close coordination with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years in product management or a related technical field. You should also possess at least 2 years of experience successfully taking technical products from ideation through to launch.

Preferred candidates will hold a Master's degree in a technology or business-related discipline. We seek individuals with 3 years of experience in a business function, 3 years of experience delivering technical presentations to leadership, and 2 years in software development or engineering.

Experience working collaboratively with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders is crucial. Additionally, 1 year of experience in technical leadership will be highly advantageous. The role involves a hybrid work model with preferred locations in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
