This role is within the OREO (Ordering, Entitlements and Obligations) team, integral to Google Cloud's commercial success. We are modernizing the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, from order management to billing, ensuring data integrity across critical financial and sales systems. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding core ordering systems, modernizing and automating Google Cloud's Quote-to-Cash processes across both online and offline channels. You will design and implement comprehensive orchestration workflows for product provisioning, managing essential platform components for entitlement lifecycles and usage integration metrics.

Key responsibilities include fostering cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales operations, and other product teams to support complex commercial transaction flows. You will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert and advocate for process and system discipline in ordering, booking, and fulfillment for your designated business unit.

Furthermore, you will lead holistic initiatives spanning the entire Quote-to-Cash spectrum and the broader GCBP. This includes migrating to Cloud's automated booking and orchestration platform, launching new agreement types, products, and Go-To-Market strategies to redefine the post-agreement customer and internal team experience.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess at least 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related technical field. A proven track record of 2 years in taking technical products from initial concept through to successful launch is essential, encompassing the entire development lifecycle.

Furthermore, a minimum of 2 years of experience in developing or launching products/technologies within areas such as Cloud, SaaS, enterprise solutions, internal tools, or supply chain networks is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Quote-to-Cash, Ordering, Fulfillment, or Supply Chain Product Management, as well as Platform Product Management.

Familiarity with Ordering and Fulfillment Processes and Systems for both Hardware and Software is beneficial. Exceptional skills in product management, business acumen, investigation, stakeholder management, and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued. Strong capabilities in problem-solving, data analysis, and business judgment will be crucial for success.
