Spearhead the management and configuration of the PRM platform (Impartner), ensuring seamless operation of setup, workflows, and data integrity.

Integrate and enable various third-party tools to enhance PRM functionalities. Drive portal adoption through effective onboarding, comprehensive training, and consistent efforts to ensure partner satisfaction.

Manage complex projects across multiple workstreams and geographies, ensuring successful outcomes and recommending future enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and present prototypes to business users.

Track and report project status to clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality services.

Requires 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on PRM platforms like Impartner.

Must have hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and possess Salesforce Administrator skills. Proficiency in Excel for data loading and mapping templates is crucial.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional teams through indirect leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
