Serve as the primary product leader, unifying cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, UX/Design, Product Marketing, Customer Operations, Data Science, and Trust and Safety/Risk.
Leverage AI tools and reasoning models for in-depth quantitative and market research, analyzing user journeys, testing behavioral hypotheses, and rapidly prototyping novel incentive mechanics and conversational workflows.
Own the multi-quarter strategy and technical roadmap for core customer incentive and reward programs. Align product initiatives with broader business growth, customer retention, and payback objectives.
Design robust tool schemas and API interfaces to enable autonomous agents and conversational assistants in delivering personalized promotional recommendations.
Execute rigorous A/B testing and flighting strategies to evaluate hypotheses, measure causal incrementality, and analyze redemption versus breakage economics.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess at least 5 years of product management experience or a related technical field.
Demonstrate 2 years of experience managing technical products from initial concept through to successful launch.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into product workflows is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, along with 3 years of experience in a business function such as strategic marketing or consulting. Expertise in customer incentive platforms, growth engineering, or business generation mechanics is highly valued. Experience managing ambiguity, anticipating technical roadblocks, and translating complex platform constraints into seamless user experiences is also beneficial.
