As a Product Manager for Incentives and Growth Platforms, you will own the complete product vision, technical strategy, and execution for key customer incentive and reward initiatives throughout the customer journey. You will navigate complex challenges at the intersection of behavioral economics, growth engineering, conversational AI, recommendation engines, partner platforms, and fraud/risk management.

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with 5 years in product management or a related technical field. A proven track record of 2 years in taking technical products from ideation to launch is essential.

Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows is a significant advantage. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related discipline and 3 years of experience in a business function like strategic marketing, operations, or consulting.

Demonstrated experience in customer incentive platforms, promotional engines, loyalty/rewards systems, billing/fintech, growth engineering, or business generation mechanics is highly valued. Candidates should be adept at managing ambiguity, anticipating technical and operational hurdles, and transforming complex platform constraints into intuitive user experiences. Practical proficiency in using generative AI for in-depth product research, market analysis, user journey mapping, and rapid prototyping is also preferred.
