Spearhead long and short-term product strategies, identifying market needs and defining key performance indicators. Manage product financials, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunsetting.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Implementation teams to pinpoint and prioritize product opportunities that drive growth and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to validate opportunities.

Communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap to senior leadership, ensuring accurate and up-to-date progress reporting. Lead product management teams to deconstruct product goals into executable features and user stories for scrum teams.

A degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience is required, along with over 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in Product Management.

Demonstrated ability to present to senior stakeholders, collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams, and manage cross-functional dependencies. Proven experience in product strategy or business development is essential.

Proficiency in Agile software development practices and methodologies, coupled with a track record of managing large, complex products and leading product management teams. Must possess strong analytical and structured thinking skills, the ability to manage ambiguity, and independently drive product direction and prioritization within a matrixed environment. Experience utilizing AI for product processes and incorporating AI features is also required.
