This role is instrumental in building next-generation user experiences by leveraging frontier AI models and collaborating with Google Play Product and Engineering teams. You will transform groundbreaking research into impactful products for billions of users, driving innovation across diverse product areas and influencing how users interact with AI.

The AIRX team is at the forefront of AI innovation, developing cutting-edge AI product experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work on products that affect millions globally, connecting technical and business insights to guide products from initial concept through to successful launch. Your contributions will be key in making computing interactions faster and more seamless worldwide.

Lead 0-to-1 AI product incubation, driving rapid prototyping and user-centric validation to establish product-market fit for novel consumer and developer surfaces across Google Play.

Serve as the core liaison between AIR, Google DeepMind, and Google Play leadership to translate cutting-edge foundation models and agentic workflows into production-ready features.

Identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunities across key Play pillars, including the core Play Store experience, gaming, business generation, and developer tooling.

Define strategic product roadmaps for emerging initiatives like AI-powered game development and automated store merchandising, driving end-to-end execution.

Manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders across organizational boundaries, and lead initiatives from concept to launch.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years in product management or a related technical role.

Demonstrated experience in taking technical products from conception to launch (0 to 1) and experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows are essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field, experience with foundation model integration and agentic workflows, and a proven track record of launching 0-to-1 AI products. Excellent product judgment and strong executive communication skills are also highly valued.
