Drive the platform's vision by balancing immediate operational needs with a strategic roadmap for a unified, AI-ready enterprise data ecosystem.

Generate and define detailed product requirements and feature specifications to address complex data fragmentation and governance challenges.

Partner closely with business units to align dependencies and ensure the platform effectively meets diverse enterprise requirements.

Engage directly with domain owners to champion platform adoption, optimize shared capabilities, and achieve optimal product-market fit.

Define satisfaction metrics based on user feedback, navigating ambiguity to uphold enterprise standards and deliver high-impact results.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

We seek 5 years of experience in product management or a comparable technical role.

Demonstrate 2 years of experience in successfully bringing technical products from initial concept through to market launch.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.

Experience in data, enterprise, platform, or infrastructure domains is beneficial.

Familiarity with working in geographically distributed teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders is advantageous.

Proven experience managing complex data platforms, developing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and executing long-term product roadmaps is highly valued.

Deep understanding of AI/ML foundations, RAG, and semantic modeling is crucial.

Ability to define platform success metrics using user feedback while ensuring strict data privacy and security compliance is essential.
