Develop and articulate compelling product visions and strategies, grounded in a deep understanding of customer experiences and market dynamics. Identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities for feature enhancements or new product developments. Begin to shape and influence product experiences across various feature sets and service areas. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to pinpoint short-term investment opportunities, meticulously evaluate trade-offs, and prioritize initiatives. Work alongside Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering teams to establish product release criteria and define strategies for customer acquisition, usage, retention, and monetization.
Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Must have at least one academic semester or quarter remaining after the internship concludes. Demonstrated experience in product management, service management, project management, program management, or software development is required. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and market trends, alongside the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies.
