Join Rippling as a Product Lead for our UI Platform, a critical team shaping the foundation of our HR, IT, and Finance solutions. This role is central to how users interact with Rippling, from their initial login to navigating complex features. Your work will ensure that administrators, managers, and employees derive maximum value from our platform quickly and efficiently.

As the Product Lead, you will own a suite of platform products, anticipating and meeting the evolving needs of Rippling applications and their users. You'll identify new product opportunities to deliver significant value across our ecosystem.

Your responsibilities include diving deep into technical details while relentlessly focusing on creating a simple and intuitive customer experience. You will collaborate extensively with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to build an extensible system that supports the growth of Rippling's product offerings and customer base.

We are seeking a Product Manager with at least 8 years of experience, particularly in developing platform features utilized by other products or developers. A passion for delivering an elegant user experience with meticulous attention to detail and a strong inclination toward simplicity is essential.
