Rippling is seeking a seasoned Product Lead to champion the evolution of our core Payroll platform, with a specific focus on its corrections functionality. You will be instrumental in shaping a unified system where business data is interconnected. Payroll is central to our offering and a primary driver for customer acquisition.

This role requires a leader who can navigate complex technical challenges, ensuring accuracy, performance, and explainability within our correction system. You will drive product strategy and execution to deliver a seamless and powerful user experience for an increasingly global and enterprise customer base.

- Define and own the product roadmap and strategy for payroll corrections, ensuring scalability for large enterprise clients. - Develop and enhance payroll agent capabilities and their integration into existing interfaces. - Collaborate with design and engineering to scale product features globally and for enterprise-level needs. - Craft a core user experience that maintains simplicity and performance as the product expands. - Engage directly with customers to understand operational pain points and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.
