Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Finance Accounting, ensuring accurate accounting outcomes from operational activity. Develop core accounting platform features, including rule configuration, data mapping, ERP posting, and issue resolution workflows. Design intuitive product experiences that enhance confidence in the accuracy, completeness, and auditability of financial data.

Lead the creation of AI-assisted accounting workflows to automate transaction validation, exception handling, recovery from failures, and manual close work reduction. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to translate complex accounting and integration challenges into reliable and user-friendly product solutions. Engage with customers, implementation teams, support staff, accounting experts, and ERP partners to identify and address workflow inefficiencies.

A minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably in complex B2B software environments, is required. You should possess strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into a clear strategy. Demonstrated experience in building technically complex products reliant on integrations, data models, or platform infrastructure is essential.

A solid understanding of accounting workflows and financial systems is necessary, or the capacity to rapidly develop fluency in these areas. You must be adept at working closely with engineers on intricate system and data challenges, coupled with strong customer instincts and a willingness to learn detailed accounting processes firsthand. High ownership and comfort with setting direction in a fast-paced environment are key. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
