Define the product vision and roadmap for the Accounting Platform. Develop a best-in-class accounting experience within Finance and Payroll. Create AI-powered workflows to streamline bookkeeping and automate core close processes. Enhance platform capabilities to support complex ERP environments and enterprise clients. Improve the reliability and scalability of financial data movement into customer general ledgers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Data. Engage directly with controllers and accounting teams to identify opportunities for automation. Partner with Engineering and Design from concept to launch. Establish key metrics for customer and business impact to guide roadmap decisions.

Possess 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with complex B2B software. Demonstrate strong product judgment and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategies. Proven experience building technically intricate products involving integrations, data models, or platform infrastructure. Exhibit a solid understanding of accounting workflows and associated financial systems. Capability to collaborate effectively with engineers on complex system and data challenges. Strong customer empathy and a dedication to understanding detailed accounting processes firsthand. Exhibit high ownership, with comfort in setting direction and making decisions in a fast-paced setting. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
