We are seeking a Product Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end digital product design within a product-centric organization. A strong portfolio is essential, highlighting your craft in typography, visual hierarchy, motion, interaction, and overall UX thinking.

You should possess a robust UX intuition, enabling you to transform abstract ideas into clear user flows. Excellent product judgment is crucial, with a focus on activation, engagement, and retention as design problems. We value candidates with a broad range of skills in UX, UI, interaction, and systems design.

A bias for shipping is highly valued; we prefer launching at 80% and learning over extensive private polishing. Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to ownership are expected. We encourage strong opinions, held loosely, fostering constructive debate and a willingness to adapt based on new information.

Proficiency in design systems, understanding when to leverage, adapt, or evolve them, is key. Prior experience in building or maintaining a design system is a significant advantage.

Additional strengths include experience as an AI-native designer, familiarity with tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and the ability to discuss MCP, frontend constraints, and effective design system setup for AI integration. Data curiosity, demonstrated through experience with tools like Mixpanel or PostHog, the ability to interpret funnels, and sufficient SQL proficiency for independent product analysis, are also highly desirable.
