Lead significant workstreams from initial discovery and problem framing through to launch, iteration, and continuous learning.

Develop novel 0-1 experiences, enhance existing workflows, and execute detailed design specifications for polished product releases.

Design intuitive solutions for IT administrators, security teams, technology leaders, and employees, ensuring simplicity while meeting the advanced control needs of our customers.

Innovate interaction models for complex workflows involving permissions, risk assessment, automation, and AI systems, meticulously considering dependencies, edge cases, and cascading effects.

Cultivate profound customer and domain knowledge through rigorous research, customer engagements, product data analysis, competitive insights, and feedback from go-to-market teams.

Engage in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Research to drive rapid decision-making, validate assumptions, resolve dependencies, and maintain a high standard of quality in product delivery.

Possess 8+ years of comprehensive product design experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products from inception to post-launch.

Present a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product judgment, systems thinking, interaction design proficiency, and visual craftsmanship, particularly within intricate or ambiguous problem spaces.

Demonstrate experience in designing technically complex products featuring deep workflows, intricate permission structures, platform dependencies, or enterprise-grade controls.

Exhibit advanced interaction and visual design skills, capable of producing polished deliverables across various states and edge cases, and communicating clear, build-ready specifications.

Showcase technical curiosity and a comfort level collaborating with engineers on AI systems, model behavior, evaluations, agentic workflows, MCPs, or related concepts. Expertise in all areas is not a prerequisite.

Actively utilize LLMs and AI-assisted prototyping tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code for research, synthesis, exploration, prototyping, and communication.

Maintain a relentless customer focus, consistently investigating real user behavior, validating assumptions, and solving meaningful problems.

Possess excellent communication and storytelling abilities, from concise asynchronous writing to compelling presentations that foster alignment and drive decisions.

Bring a history of effective collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, adeptly managing multiple workstreams, removing blockers, and owning timelines with minimal supervision.
