In this role, you will serve as the leading regional expert for specific product areas, acting as the strategic link between customer desires and gTech Ads GCS capabilities. This position demands comprehensive knowledge of the gTech Ads Implementation Menu of Service (MoS), exceptional customer engagement skills, and the ability to transform customer needs into scalable product strategies and high-quality technical specifications that tackle intricate business challenges.

You will bridge the gap between implementation consultancy and engineering. Your efforts will ensure Google’s gTech Ads engineering strengths are leveraged for high-impact business challenges, directly enabling customer businesses and boosting campaign performance. You will be the regional authority on how advancements in technical product maturity contribute to superior marketing outcomes.

Collaborate with regional sales, product leads, and clients to assess technical maturity, pinpoint opportunities for custom solutions, and funnel field insights back into core engineering roadmaps.

Translate sophisticated client requirements into robust system architectures, effective integration strategies, and prototype-supported technical requirement documents (BRDs/PRDs).

Develop standardized deployment playbooks and frameworks to facilitate the scalable, vendor-executed delivery of complex workflows.

Design durable data pipelines and CRM integrations leveraging the Google Ads API, ensuring strict adherence to global privacy regulations.

Supervise implementations alongside cross-functional delivery teams, rigorously testing solutions with real-world validation data to ensure reliability before deployment.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Demonstrate experience in either system design or code reading, including languages like Java, C++, or Python.

Exhibit experience in building proof-of-concepts using web/scripting technologies such as JavaScript and Python, alongside SQL databases.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, or a related field. Candidates with 5 years of experience in project management, analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies are highly desirable. Experience in operations management, including process improvement and workflow optimization, as well as 5 years in a customer-facing role, is also preferred.

A strong understanding of advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration is beneficial. The ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications is essential.
