This role focuses on the EY-ServiceNow platform, specifically supervising the delivery of Now Assist and HR Service Delivery solutions.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with EY's strategy and enterprise technology ecosystem. Manage product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. Lead implementations for HR Service Delivery and Now Assist capabilities, integrating AI agents and external data sources. Ensure solutions adhere to governance standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field. Requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Must understand ITIL processes and HR Services, with expertise in Now Assist capabilities, agentic workflows, and AI agents. Familiarity with A2A and MCP protocols, LLMs, and REST API integrations is essential. Advanced comprehension of Agile SAFe project management is expected, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.
