Join Microsoft's Cloud Operations and Innovation team as a Data Center Campus LLE Procurement Execution Manager. You will be instrumental in building the cloud infrastructure that powers global services. This role focuses on the post-award execution of critical equipment and owner-furnished, contractor-installed packages for data center projects.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery plan for Long Lead Equipment (LLE) and Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) items, from purchase order to operational handover. Ensure timely delivery by aligning contractual dates with supplier and site schedules. Manage supplier performance across manufacturing, delivery, and field service, establishing governance cadences and driving corrective actions.

Lead field service technician/engineer engagement, negotiating schedules to accommodate project acceleration. Govern post-award change orders, meticulously reviewing entitlement, scope, and commercial closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Controls, Strategic Sourcing, and Commissioning to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in procurement, supply chain, or project delivery, is required. This role demands a minimum of 10 years of experience with a strong commercial understanding of capital equipment procurement. Extensive experience in procurement, project management, contracts management, and supplier management within a project environment is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Hyperscale Data Centers or large building construction, coupled with knowledge of the data center industry and various project delivery methods. You should possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset, and sound commercial acumen, with a proven ability to implement new processes and drive cross-functional alignment.
