As a Process Lead, you will manage end-to-end annotation tasks, acting as the primary point of contact for Alexa Shopping's feature teams globally. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, process transition, developing performance metrics, and prioritizing workload. You will serve as the subject matter expert for your designated processes, thoroughly understanding annotation requirements and creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Furthermore, you will train L2 and L3 associates, proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive solutions to meet quality Key Result Areas (KRAs). This role requires comfort and confidence in liaising with remote teams and a strong ability to drive business and operational metrics through quantitative decision-making. You will also collaborate effectively with other teams and subject matter experts to support new process and service launches.

We are seeking individuals with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and a strong command of written and spoken English. Experience in fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environments is essential. You should be adept at analyzing and interpreting complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure organizational adherence.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities. The ability to lead process improvement initiatives and develop actionable implementation plans is critical. We value candidates who can drive cross-functional optimization efforts that yield measurable operational excellence.
