As a Process Lead, you will own end-to-end annotation tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for Alexa Shopping feature teams globally. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholder communications, transitioning processes, developing key metrics, and prioritizing work effectively. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring annotation needs are met and creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key duties involve training L2 & L3 associates, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and driving quality Key Result Areas (KRAs). You will also collaborate with operational managers on hiring, performance management, and resolving complex issues. Utilizing quantitative decision-making and various tools, you will drive business and operational metrics, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for individuals experienced in managing operational escalations and driving data-oriented analysis. A strong ability to adopt technology solutions and lead process improvement projects to achieve business goals is essential. You must excel at managing stakeholder communication across diverse business lines, reporting on operational milestones and process changes.

Candidates should be adept at identifying process gaps and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a referral point for team members is crucial.
