Join NTT DATA as a Process Designer focused on the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Programme within Procurement and Legal Buy Side. This role is instrumental in shaping and optimizing end-to-end CLM processes for our enterprise transformation initiative. You will collaborate across departments to translate strategic objectives into scalable, compliant, and business-led process designs, leveraging the capabilities of platforms like Sirion.
We seek innovative and passionate individuals ready to grow with our forward-thinking organization. If you thrive in an inclusive and adaptable environment, we encourage you to apply.
Your core responsibilities include owning the end-to-end design of buy-side CLM processes, from demand intake to contract termination and financial touchpoints. You will conduct current-state assessments to identify inefficiencies and define future-state processes aligned with procurement strategy and the CLM target operating model. Developing detailed process maps, standards, and governance frameworks is key, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory obligations. You will also design platform-aligned processes, working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system configuration and maximum platform leverage. Facilitating design workshops, acting as the process accountability point, and supporting change management through SOPs and training are also vital aspects of this role.
Furthermore, you will define process KPIs to measure compliance and user adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation. Contributing to the evolution of the Procurement CLM operating model is an ongoing expectation.
We are looking for professionals with 6-10 years of experience in process design, transformation, or operating model design, specifically within Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, or Legal domains. Hands-on experience designing processes for CLM or procurement platforms such as Sirion, Ariba Contracts, or Icertis is essential. A strong understanding of buy-side procurement and contract lifecycle processes, including contract authoring, in-life management, renewals, and commercial governance, is required.
Expert-level process mapping and design skills, coupled with strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities, are crucial. You must be able to translate strategic intent into practical, executable process designs and possess excellent documentation and communication skills, suitable for senior leadership audiences. Comfort in agile/hybrid transformation programs, a high ownership mindset, and a bias for standardization and simplification are expected. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile, or Operating Model Design, along with experience in enterprise CLM rollouts or large-scale procurement transformation programs.
