Join NTT DATA's transformative CLM Programme as a Process Designer for Procurement & Legal Buy Side. This critical role focuses on architecting and implementing best-in-class, end-to-end contract lifecycle management processes. Design and standardize end-to-end buy-side CLM processes, from demand intake to contract execution and in-life management. Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and define optimized future-state workflows aligned with procurement strategy and CLM platform capabilities. Develop detailed process maps, establish process standards, and ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations. Ensure process designs are natively aligned with CLM platform functionalities, minimizing customization and maximizing platform leverage. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to agree on and embed process designs, acting as the primary owner for buy-side CLM process decisions. Support change management and adoption initiatives by developing process documentation and contributing to training efforts. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness, compliance, and user adoption. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, simplification, and automation within CLM processes.

A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in process design, transformation, or operating model design within Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, or Legal. Proven hands-on experience designing processes for CLM or procurement platforms (e.g., Sirion, Ariba Contracts, Icertis). Demonstrated ability to work effectively in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong functional expertise in buy-side procurement and contract lifecycle processes, including authoring, obligation management, renewals, and commercial governance. Expert-level skills in process mapping, design, facilitation, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of engaging senior leadership. Comfortable operating within agile or hybrid transformation program structures with a high degree of ownership and a bias for standardization and simplification.
