We are seeking a skilled Process Designer with extensive experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) to lead our process transformation initiatives.

Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end CLM and S2P processes. Lead gap analysis and future-state process design. Develop process maps, workflows, and SOPs using BPM methodologies. Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities. Ensure designs align with business objectives, compliance, and best practices.

Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and technology teams to gather requirements. Facilitate workshops and design sessions. Translate business needs into functional process designs and roadmaps. Support change management and user adoption.

Requires 5-8 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Must have strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, process mapping, and reengineering. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills are essential.

Deep understanding of procurement, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, and invoice-to-pay processes. Experience supporting process transformation and digitalization initiatives. Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational efficiency are crucial.
