As a Senior Process Analyst in Recruitment, you will provide comprehensive end-to-end recruitment support, working closely with partners and IBM's operational management. Your primary focus will be on defining, developing, planning, and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool.

Key responsibilities include: - Owning the sourcing lifecycle and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Conducting initial candidate suitability assessments and exploring new sourcing methods. - Collaborating with business heads to establish global delivery center goals. - Utilizing ATS for candidate screening and managing candidate status updates. - Defining detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and assessing pool strengths. - Performing other management-assigned duties as required.

We are seeking a Graduate or Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in standard recruitment methodologies, ideally within ITES, BPO, or FA sectors. You should be adept at building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, from requisition to offer stages.

Essential expertise includes: - Proficiency in sourcing through social media and innovative channels. - Demonstrated experience in partner management and conducting difficult conversations. - Ability to develop deep domain knowledge and align with business strategies to drive innovation.

Preferred experience includes direct sourcing and recruitment in a corporate or consultancy setting (RPO experience is a plus). A consultative approach, passion for recruiting, and proficiency in ATS and HRIS are advantageous.
