Join Amazon's Tech Supply Chain team as a RAD Operations Process Assistant. You will be instrumental in providing rapid solutions for IT asset triage, troubleshooting, repairs, and RMA/ARMA processes. Key responsibilities include managing the triage, troubleshooting, repair, and RMA/ARMA processes for IT assets. You will partner with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) throughout India to ensure seamless RMA support. This role demands hands-on experience with various IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and RF scanners, along with expertise in Windows OS imaging and IT inventory management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for diagnosing PC/laptop defects, executing repairs, and managing deployment and liquidation. Maintaining and troubleshooting laser and zebra printers, alongside understanding fundamental networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, OSI Model, and TCP/IP, is crucial for success. Effective communication of complex IT concepts in simple terms is also a key expectation.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field, such as BCA, MCA, or B.Tech. Essential qualifications include 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in RMA/repair of laptops, desktops, and RF scanners, alongside IT inventory management and networking. Proven skills in diagnosing PC/laptop defects, repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation are required.

Candidates should possess experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, RF scanners, and portable handheld terminals, with a strong understanding of RMA processes for IT equipment. Familiarity with Windows OS imaging and the maintenance of laser and zebra printers is necessary. A foundational knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, OSI, TCP/IP) and the ability to explain complex IT topics clearly are vital. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for interacting with peers, management, contractors, and vendors. A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, is also required.
