This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the delivery of generative AI experiences impacting millions of Amazon customers. You will be at the forefront of integrating large language models with shopping, orchestrating efforts across science, engineering, product, and design to create groundbreaking customer experiences at Amazon's scale.

Drive the complete lifecycle of large-scale programs aligned with organizational objectives. Foster collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to establish priorities, build consensus, and achieve results.

Work closely with engineering, product, science, and UX design teams to implement efficient, scalable solutions addressing critical customer needs. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track success, identify improvement areas, and provide leadership with detailed reports and actionable insights.

Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and business teams, ensuring seamless alignment, clear communication, and effective execution of initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates should possess proven experience in defining and driving product roadmap strategy. Demonstrated ability in feature delivery and understanding product trade-offs is essential.

Experience in technical product management is a core requirement. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience working with engineers on product enhancements, and familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement techniques.
