As a Principal Technical Program Manager within the Leo Commerce organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this ambitious project. You will be responsible for defining and executing programs that ensure the successful scaling of Leo Commerce operations from launch through sustained global impact. This is an opportunity to lead in ambiguous environments, driving clarity and solutions for complex, emergent business and architectural challenges.
You will drive program strategy and foster alignment across VP-level organizations to deliver significant impact for Leo Commerce.
Key responsibilities include: - Defining end-to-end strategy for highly complex programs in nascent business and architectural domains. - Deconstructing intricate problems into actionable solutions, streamlining cross-team efforts through strategic architectural or organizational enhancements. - Cultivating consensus among VP-level stakeholders, influencing technology direction and resource allocation with data-informed insights. - Managing executive-level escalations and articulating complex trade-offs to senior leadership. - Establishing robust mechanisms for long-term program success independent of direct involvement. - Guiding teams to avoid recurring technology pitfalls. - Enhancing organizational impact through mentorship and contributions to the TPM community.
We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in technical program and product management.
Essential qualifications include: - A minimum of 7 years in technical product or program management. - Over 10 years of direct collaboration with engineering teams. - At least 5 years in software development. - Proven experience managing cross-functional programs, process development, and coordinating release schedules. - Demonstrated success in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Preferred qualifications include: - 8+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects. - Experience balancing short-term execution with strategic long-term technical capability planning.
