As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead broad, cross-organizational initiatives from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leads, and scientists to define and execute the technology roadmap for seller-facing platforms. Key responsibilities include dissecting complex technical challenges, managing risks, and ensuring program timelines are met. You will also influence product and technical architecture, drive engineering excellence, and clearly communicate trade-offs to senior leadership.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams, coupled with 5+ years in technical program or product management and 5+ years in software development. A strong background in managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience managing complex technology projects and building sustainable processes is highly preferred.
