Lead the end-to-end execution of complex outcomes, from initial concept through successful delivery of services, domains, or cross-enterprise initiatives.

Demonstrate a strong history of operating autonomously across multiple teams, showcasing critical thinking and thought leadership.

Possess proven experience in building and delivering large-scale enterprise technical or engineering programs and products from inception, effectively articulating their impact through metrics.

Showcase a track record of breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and successfully delivering technical programs using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

Assist customers and engineering teams in making informed trade-off decisions by analyzing business goals, technical platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability. Identify and manage the resolution of blocking issues.

Exhibit a consistent ability to make data-driven decisions and apply continuous improvement methodologies across teams.

Proven experience in building strong relationships, partnering with, and influencing dependent teams while earning respect across the organization.

Expertise in Payments is essential. Experience with IaaS, PaaS, CI/CD, SQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems operations within a DevOps model is highly advantageous.

Possess robust technical program delivery experience.
