- Lead the definition and execution of large-scale, cross-organizational programs, identifying and resolving architectural and service gaps. - Drive technology roadmaps and manage portfolios, leveraging deep technical knowledge to enhance and simplify systems while minimizing engineering overhead. - Conduct rigorous business and system-level reviews, assess risks, and clearly articulate complex decisions and trade-offs to senior leadership. - Develop and implement robust mechanisms for long-term program success, proactively preventing failure patterns and identifying needs for technical guidance. - Foster organizational growth by mentoring program managers, sharing best practices, and contributing to talent development initiatives.

- A minimum of 7 years in technical product or program management. - Over 10 years of experience working collaboratively with engineering teams. - At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience. - Proven experience managing cross-functional programs, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
