Lead and develop a high-caliber team of Technical Program Managers and Product Managers, fostering a positive team culture. Facilitate the integration of AI-driven tools, automation, and data insights to elevate product strategy, customer understanding, decision-making, engineering efficiency, incident response, quality, and customer outcomes, while ensuring security, privacy, and compliance. Drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product portfolio, aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve significant business results. Enhance engineering processes for efficiency and quality in collaboration with engineering leads. Cultivate strong partnerships across the organization by defining, aligning, and measuring shared objectives. Utilize data to inform and guide decision-making processes. Establish engineering priorities based on a comprehensive understanding of the Windows ecosystem and customer scenarios.

Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of project or people management experience. Over 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Experience in computer science or a related field is preferred for candidates with 12+ years of industry experience. Demonstrated ability to build trust through reliable delivery and integrity with internal and external partners. Capability to confidently manage critical situations and guide teams towards effective responses. Proven ability to learn and apply new knowledge to improve business outcomes and foster team and personal growth. Possess a growth mindset, demonstrating openness to new ideas and the ability to lead others through change. Track record of achieving technical depth and delivering at cloud scale.
