We are seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to spearhead AI product strategy and development. You will operate as a senior individual leader in AI product management, setting strategic direction, influencing leadership across business and technology, and elevating AI product expertise throughout the company. Define and own the multi-year vision, roadmap, and value proposition for AI enablement platforms, shared services, and developer tools. Develop strategies to drive AI capability adoption, identifying high-value use cases and guiding teams from experimentation to production.

Lead enterprise AI-enabled initiatives from strategy through delivery, translating high-level capabilities into actionable features and user stories. Oversee the full AI product lifecycle, including data readiness, model iteration, evaluation, release, and monitoring. Manage program financials, business cases, and vendor relationships.

Design and deploy responsible AI solutions, ensuring compliance with security, operational, and healthcare regulatory standards. Codify responsible AI guardrails into the platform for inherent compliance. Maintain a deep understanding of end-to-end solutions, system integrations, and data flows, collaborating closely with data scientists and AI/ML engineers on model selection, evaluation, and cost management.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, coupled with over 10 years of Product Management experience, including significant work with technical or platform products.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale technology, digital products, platform modernization, analytics, or AI-enabled programs. A minimum of 3 years leading AI, machine learning, or data science products to production, along with 3 years of direct partnership with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams is essential.

Experience with Agile delivery models and product management tooling (Nimble, Aha, Rally, GitHub) is mandatory. Furthermore, 3+ years of proven success in managing budgets, resource planning, forecasting, vendor relationships, and executive communications is expected. The ability to manage complex product portfolios and cross-team dependencies is critical.
