We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineering Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with 10+ years of technical engineering experience including coding in languages like C++, C#, Java, or Python. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 8+ years of experience is acceptable.
Requires 3+ years of people management experience. A strong foundation in Generative AI and Engineering is essential, along with a deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch and Transformers is crucial. Familiarity with transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, Llama), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and distributed computing (Kubernetes) is expected. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are key.
