A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of technical engineering experience involving coding in languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python, is required. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Preferred qualifications include 12+ years in software development with a focus on distributed systems, 6+ years in the big data domain, and 4+ years of experience managing software teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills, along with a commitment to the success of others, are essential. We seek individuals passionate about building highly scalable, reliable, and distributed services, with experience in Azure Cloud Services and a desire to manage diverse, inclusive, and collaborative software teams.
