We are seeking an expert in building highly resilient and scalable distributed systems, with deep exposure to various database, messaging, and caching technologies.

Essential qualifications include: - Proven design and development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, SQL, and secure coding standards (OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT). - Expert understanding of DevOps best practices, including Infrastructure as Code and cloud-first development. - Experience implementing advanced testing setups in production (e.g., A/B testing, canary releases, feature flags). - Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) concepts, supporting automation, pipelines, virtualization, and containerization. - Understanding of operating system internals (Windows, Linux, Mainframe) for interoperable and performant code. - Skills in developing and evangelizing reference architectures and guiding teams on engineering principles. - Knowledge of advanced design patterns and API standards. - Experience leading and coaching teams on software planning and estimation. - Ability to drive trade-off discussions and set development capacity based on value drivers. - Experience in designing and executing automation and performance engineering. - Skills in cloud architecture analysis (internal, hybrid, public) and articulating complex system patterns. - Experience defining and driving chaos and operational testing practices. - Familiarity with agile and modern SDLC practices (Scrum/Kanban/Continuous Delivery/DevOps/Quality Engineering).
