As a senior technical leader, you will architect and design complex AI features for Windows, focusing on high-quality, performant code with minimal latency and memory usage across diverse devices. You will define success metrics for AI experiences, ensuring reliability and responsible AI implementation. Partnering with product, design, and data science, you'll transform innovative ideas into tangible customer value and elevate engineering standards through modern, AI-assisted practices.

A minimum of 12 years of technical engineering experience is required, with proficiency in languages such as C++, C#, or Java. Hands-on experience building AI-powered products, including LLMs, agent frameworks, or on-device inference, is essential. Solid experience in systems-level or Windows engineering, coupled with expertise in developing scalable and reliable platforms, is crucial.
