We are seeking a seasoned Principal Software Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level applications and AI-enabled solutions. Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications. Architect robust RESTful APIs and cloud-native services, establishing project milestones and technical deliverables. Develop reusable frameworks for the AI Development Life Cycle, leveraging approved AI/ML technologies and data sources.

Champion software engineering best practices, including unit testing, automation, observability, and security. Promote DevOps principles, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. Mentor junior engineers through code and design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

We require an undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least 7 years of software development experience using Java, JavaScript, or Python. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and full Software Development Life Cycle within an Agile environment is essential.

Demonstrated experience includes developing RESTful web services and APIs, unit testing, working with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle), and utilizing frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes) is also a must, along with a strong background in enterprise-level application architecture and DevOps practices.
