A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess 9+ years of progressive software engineering experience with expertise in Java, .NET, or Python, distributed systems, and enterprise application development.

Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native applications. Showcase 4+ years of experience with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, test automation, DevSecOps, and software quality engineering. Have 4+ years of experience with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes is essential, along with 4+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation frameworks. Require 2+ years of experience building and operating platforms or shared services for multiple teams. Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, reliability, security, and performance engineering is critical. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with a proven ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering excellence.
