Architect and lead the development of high-performance Big Data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analytics. Define and drive the technical vision for agentic AI systems, including autonomous and multi-agent solutions. Provide deep technical leadership and establish engineering best practices in data engineering and AI architecture. Design and implement secure-by-design solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. Establish and enforce cloud security standards, including IAM, data protection, and secure network architecture. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver robust technical solutions. Mentor and guide engineers through design and code reviews. Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging technologies in Big Data and Generative AI.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Big Data pipelines and distributed systems. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic/multi-agent architecture is essential. Proven experience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures, including autonomous and multi-agent systems. Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions. In-depth expertise in Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. Solid programming proficiency in Scala, Python, or Java. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture. Extensive experience in cloud security and application security best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, reliable systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
