As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead impactful changes and mentor talented engineers. Your role will involve influencing product vision through collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with 12+ years of technical engineering experience, including proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Mandatory experience includes data integration, migrations, ELT, or ETL tooling. A minimum of 4 years leading teams to deliver complex, high-impact cross-functional features is required. Experience working in agile teams with a strong customer focus, along with excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills, is essential.

While not mandatory, experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems is highly advantageous. The ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, is necessary. We also value demonstrated experience in building cloud services with multi-tier architectures and a deep understanding of high-volume data handling, API traffic, security, scalability, and performance.
