Spearhead end-to-end solution delivery, encompassing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), architecture reviews, and technical roadmaps.

Develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Azure cloud services. Build and integrate modern data solutions with Databricks, Snowflake, DBT, and semantic layer architectures.

Actively contribute through coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering excellence, development standards, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Drive application security, vulnerability management, and platform risk mitigation. Ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards through partnership with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams. Establish CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and operational excellence practices.

A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software engineering and application development is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in Azure cloud services and cloud-native application architectures is required. Proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions using Snowflake, DBT, and semantic data models is crucial.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and React JS is mandatory. Solid knowledge of secure software development, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements is expected. A firm understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integrations, and modern engineering patterns is necessary.
