Spearhead the design and development of high-quality experiences within the Microsoft Fabric Platform for browser environments. Lead architectural decisions, technical design, and implementation of complex full-stack and platform initiatives. Drive cross-team execution to achieve impactful customer and business outcomes. Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle. Provide technical leadership through mentorship, design reviews, and hands-on development. Contribute robust code and champion engineering excellence, reliability, and maintainability. Lead the integration of AI-assisted and agentic development capabilities to enhance developer productivity.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, coupled with over 12 years of technical engineering experience including proficiency in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, is required. Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience. Experience leading the architecture and delivery of large-scale web applications, cloud services, or platform capabilities is highly valued. Demonstrated experience as a technical lead, mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams, is also preferred. Familiarity with modern full-stack development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, along with cloud services, is beneficial. Candidates must be eligible for Microsoft Cloud background checks.
