Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and drive the creation of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
Develop, implement, optimize, debug, and refactor code to enhance performance and maintainability, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Leverage deep product expertise to partner with project managers and drive project and release plans.
Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), guiding other engineers and managing on-call duties to monitor system health, alert stakeholders to degradations, and initiate recovery actions.
Proactively acquire new knowledge and adapt to emerging trends, technical solutions, and patterns to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance, while standardizing monitoring and operations at scale.
Requires a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Possess 11+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficient in technical areas including C++, C#, Big Data, ML, NLP, and Search Technologies.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, customer engagement abilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Services such as Azure, Entra, and O365 is essential.
Possess a solid understanding of security principles, including penetration testing and threat analysis.
Ability to clear Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screenings, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, is mandatory.
