Lead architecture for complex products, develop design documents, and evaluate new technologies to ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Enhance AI tools and practices throughout the software development lifecycle, promoting Responsible AI. Mentor team members and independently drive effective test strategies, including security testing and AI-driven automation. Ensure system security by establishing code invariants and implementing AI safety features.

Collaborate with partner teams for seamless end-to-end integration and live-site readiness. Drive continuous improvement in code quality through mentorship, focusing on extensible, well-tested, and secure code. Maintain operational integrity of live services, acting as the primary point of contact for monitoring and issue resolution.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, along with at least 8 years of technical engineering experience, including proficiency in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, or Python. Experience developing large-scale distributed systems using cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS is essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience. Expertise in SQL/NoSQL technologies, high availability database design, and troubleshooting service-oriented products is highly valued. Familiarity with agile software development practices and at least 6 years of experience building low latency, high throughput, and highly reliable services are also beneficial.
