You will be part of the Agentic Core Services Team, responsible for a cloud-native platform that enables the development, execution, and management of agentic AI applications at scale. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI research, integrating multi-modal capabilities into real-world agentic applications and defining how developers interact with advanced AI tools.

Lead architectural design and decision-making for complex products, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and compliance. Mentor engineers in developing and implementing robust test strategies to guarantee solution quality and security. Proactively manage inter-team dependencies, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to achieve collective objectives. Champion security best practices, integrating "security as code" principles for proactive vulnerability prevention and effective incident response. Drive automation initiatives for production deployments, aiming for seamless, zero-touch deployments. Collaborate with partner teams to ensure successful integration, performance, and live-site readiness of new products. Guide improvements in coding quality, debugging processes, and the adoption of AI tools to elevate software engineering excellence.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required, coupled with over 8 years of experience in designing, building, and operating production-grade software and services at scale.

Demonstrated expertise in tackling complex technical challenges within distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or cloud services is highly valued.

Experience engaging with customers during integration or deployment phases, incorporating their feedback into product development, is also preferred.
