Sarvam AI is at the forefront of building India's sovereign AI platform, encompassing research, models, infrastructure, and applications. We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Security Leader to drive our security strategy, product security, and research efforts. This role requires deep expertise in BFSI/Fintech security principles and their application to cutting-edge AI infrastructure and products.

You will be instrumental in designing secure architectures, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing robust fixes, moving beyond traditional audit management to actively shape the security posture of our AI systems.

Key responsibilities include defining and enhancing Sarvam AI's comprehensive security strategy, architecting secure solutions for our products and API platform, and applying stringent BFSI-grade threat modeling and controls to AI infrastructure. You will lead threat modeling for AI products, APIs, and data systems, taking ownership of application and API security, including authentication, access control, and data isolation. Additionally, you will spearhead vulnerability discovery, remediation, and verification processes, establish systems for proactive vulnerability identification, and conduct targeted adversarial testing and red-teaming exercises.

We are looking for candidates with proven hands-on experience in securing enterprise and BFSI/Fintech infrastructure. A strong background in participating in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions across web, crypto, pwn, or mixed categories is highly desirable. Experience with bug bounty programs, particularly private programs within fintech, cloud, or infrastructure companies, is also a significant advantage. This role demands deep technical engagement and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
