Architect intricate, integrated, and agent-based systems. Influence critical technology decisions within large-scale organizations. Spearhead business development initiatives and proposal processes. Drive high-impact demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects. Cultivate and mentor high-performing, multidisciplinary teams. Establish BCG Platinion as a leading voice in SAP BTP and AI.

Possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record. Bring over 8 years of experience in IT consulting, managing complex IT and transformation programs. Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform technologies like CAP, Integration Suite, and AI Core. Exhibit a robust understanding of AI/GenAI and their practical applications. Have extensive experience in planning, managing, and assessing the economic implications of transformations, including business case development. Proven ability to lead teams (5+ members) and manage program escalations effectively. Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, making decisions in complex environments, and serving as a trusted advisor. Showcase a successful history in business development, including project acquisition and advancement. Combine technical proficiency with entrepreneurial vision and a results-oriented mindset. Excel in communication, presentation, and storytelling in both German and English. Willingness to undertake international travel is essential.
