Drive end-to-end account delivery management, from envisioning and solution development to cloud consumption and post-delivery optimization. Lead steering committee meetings and collaborate with sales to ensure seamless contract execution and financial accountability within your project portfolio. Develop strong partnerships with customer stakeholders, proactively manage escalations, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Champion the development and adoption of intellectual property (IP) and best practices across delivery teams. Initiate projects of varying complexity, driving resource commitments and collaborating with global delivery centers for integrated planning. Facilitate contracting processes for external resources and support contract negotiation. Contribute to pre-sales activities by articulating business value and assisting in Statement of Work (SOW) development.

Develop comprehensive project management plans, ensuring adherence to scope, resource, and schedule requirements. Proactively manage risks, issues, and change control processes to ensure predictable project delivery and quality outcomes. Oversee financial management for projects, aiming to optimize cost and enhance delivery margins while understanding broader business impacts.

Drive timely project closure, including sign-off tasks and the sharing of lessons learned to foster continuous improvement. Apply advanced project management principles, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives. Demonstrate accountability for financial health, identify business growth opportunities, and drive incremental business through strategic customer discussions and pursuit cycle engagement.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, with an MBA being a strong preference. A deep understanding of AI and its applications is highly desirable. Bring over 12 years of experience in complex project and program delivery, including at least 5 years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Proven success in delivering Cloud and AI-centric programs, such as Azure, Data, Security, and Application Modernization, is essential.

Demonstrate strong financial and commercial management capabilities, including forecasting, margin management, and change control. Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills are critical. Experience in technical engineering leadership roles, particularly with Generative AI, Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, and Data & Analytics solutions at scale, is required. You must be able to engage technically with Architects and Engineers on AI architecture trade-offs and understand Responsible AI, enterprise AI risk, security, and compliance considerations.

Preferred qualifications include PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile leadership certifications, and domain expertise in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, or CloudNative industries. Prior experience within Microsoft ISD, Consulting Services, or Global Delivery environments is a plus. Demonstrated success in driving AI adoption from experimentation to enterprise scale is highly valued.
