As a Principal Product Manager, you will be instrumental in making Prime Video's content-watching experience innovative and world-class. You'll ensure delightful and consistent viewing across all devices and content types, owning product, user experience, design, and technology from end-to-end.

Leverage Prime Video's unparalleled scale and selection to define customer experiences used by millions globally. You will drive the strategic vision and execute the product roadmap, delivering impactful solutions for diverse markets.

Develop a deep understanding of Prime Video customers and current viewer experiences, potentially running voice-of-the-customer programs to inform product decisions.

Gain a thorough understanding of digital video market segments, continuously assessing the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends.

Partner with key stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for an exceptional digital video customer experience.

Own the creation of detailed product requirements documents and collaborate with science, engineering, design, and project management teams to execute the product roadmap. Drive product, project, and feature launches with internal and external teams, including marketing, content acquisition, legal, finance, customer service, and operations.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Demonstrated experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, coupled with expertise in feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs.

Proven experience in technical product management, with a minimum of 8 years in technical product or program management.

Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams. Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting team deliverables without direct authority is essential.

A minimum of 4 years of end-to-end product delivery experience is expected.
