Microsoft Azure's Data Engineering team is at the forefront of revolutionizing data analytics with a comprehensive suite of products including Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cosmos DB, and Power BI. The Data Integration team within Microsoft Fabric is seeking a Principal Product Manager. This pivotal role involves shaping and defining cutting-edge data integration capabilities and user experiences. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and the community, leveraging feedback to drive continuous product enhancements and innovation.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer and market signals to guide cross-team problem-solving and leveraging AI for trend assessment. You will also define product roadmaps, track key metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Driving feature definition, design collaboration, and ethical AI development are central to this role. Furthermore, you will oversee product performance by collecting and analyzing KPIs, and fostering strong customer relationships through feedback loops.

A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in product/service/program management or software development is required. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

This role necessitates the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including a mandatory Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and bi-annually thereafter.

Demonstrated experience with data integration products and services is highly preferred.
